CEREN GÜLAL KARAKUŞ

The Partner, Ceren Gülal Karakuş, worked on Commercial & Corporate Law practise areas in leading law firms before joining DP Law & Consultancy and provided consultancy and attorney services especially on incorporations, capital market, credit and financing projects, mergers & acquisitions, compliance in publicly held companies and corporate governance. She also worked as an assistant inspector for a while in one of the most prestigious banks of Turkey.

In DP Law & Consultancy, she provides services to local, foreign and multinational companies and consultancy firms in commercial and corporate law, capital markets, loan and financing contracts, private equity and investment contracts, mergers & acquisitions and due diligence projects, compliance policies in publicly held companies and incorporation and dissolution of companies and preparation of all kinds of commercial and service agreements. She also consults on intellectual and industrial property rights and personal data protection cases.

Ceren Gülal Karakuş is also a chartered trademark attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and actively assists her Clients on registration and protection of industrial property rights.
