DENİZ MERVE ERSOY PINAR

The Founding Partner Deniz Merve Ersoy Pınar worked on Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Life Sciences Law, Consumer, Advertising and Media Law practise areas as Counsel in leading law firms before foundation of DP Law & Consultancy and provided consultancy and attorney services both in contractual and liability laws. She also worked as a part-time in-house counsel within the Turkish subsidiaries of world’s top-line pharmaceutical & medical device and food & beverage companies and provided compliance and consultancy services.

In DP Law & Consultancy, she provides services to local, foreign and multinational companies and consultancy firms in both consultancy and litigation matters on Contracts Law, Liability Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Life Sciences Law, Data Protection Law, Consumer, Advertising and Media Law and represents them before respective official bodies.

Deniz is a chartered trademark attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. She is highly experienced on portfolio transfers and actively assists her Clients on registration and protection of industrial property rights.
